The best private period tracker apps in 2026
What matters most for privacy is where your logs live, whether you need an account, and whether synced data is end-to-end encrypted. We make Vela, so weigh our pick accordingly; every other claim links to a source.
Our picks
- 1. Vela
Logs stay on your iPhone, there is no account unless you sync, and sync is end-to-end encrypted. iPhone only for now; Android is coming soon.
- 2. Euki
Mozilla's top pick in 2026. Data stays on the device, with no account and no cloud servers, so there is no backup across devices. Free on iPhone and Android.
- 3. drip
Free, open source and ad-free. Data stays on your phone, though your phone's own cloud backup may include it. iPhone and Android.
- 4. Apple Health
Built into iPhone. Cycle data is end-to-end encrypted in iCloud with two-factor authentication, and you only need an Apple Account to sync.
